Rental Rates

Family and friends are asked to contact us direct so that we can agree a package.

General public bookings are taken by TLC Services who are the main agents for Victoria Court 1 and who also manage the on-site Reception.

With the pandemic and travel restrictions prices have been fluctuating with demand and supply. However, as a general guide the rates charged by TLC including Canarian V.A.T of 6.5% in 2019 were as follows:

• 5 January to 28 February £420
• 1 March to 15 April £400
• 16 April to 31 August £280
• 1 September to 15 December £400
• 16 December to 4 January £500

Rates are based on 7 nights and apply for bookings of up to 3 weeks in duration.

Rates apply to holidays falling within the above dates.

One bedroom apartment rates are based on 2 people sharing. Each extra person is £70.00 per person per week.

The rates shown above are based on a 7-night stay. For stays less than 7 nights different rates apply. Please contact TLC Holidays.

To secure the apartment you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit within 7 days of booking and the full balance is due by the 1st of the month 3 months prior to date of arrival.

Arrivals & Departures

If TLC Holidays have your flight arrival time they will aim to have your apartment ready for when you arrive. If you have a late departure ask at the Office the time you will need to vacate the apartment.  They are sometimes able to offer a late checkout at an extra cost.

Please Note: TLC Holidays will need to take your credit card number when picking up the apartment keys to pay for breakages or if the apartment is not left reasonably clean
