The Apartment

Our apartment has everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday - whether you just want to use it as a base whilst you enjoy the local bars and eating places or want to self cater - or a combination of both.

14B1 is a ground floor apartment in the ‘sunny’ block in the very popular Victoria Court 1  complex in Los Cristianos. The patio is due south facing and so enjoys all day sun. By contrast the bedroom is in the shade all day and, as such, relatively (this being Tenerife) cool.

The large patio overlooks a pedestrian walk-way and so there is no passing traffic at any time. 

The facilities include:

• Two single beds which can be put together to form one large double
• A fully sprung bed settee in the lounge
• An additional settee
• Ample storage space 
• Fully opening patio doors, so that you can fully enjoy the lovely weather
• A table and 4 chairs on the large patio
• Two sun beds
• A wind out awning for when it gets too hot!
• On-site swimming pool which is heated in winter and where sun beds and parasols can be rented
• Kiddie pool
• LG 49” Smart TV, with streaming capabilities (Netflix etc)
• UK TV channels
• DVD player
• Dedicated and free high speed internet
• Full oven and hob (electric)
• Microwave
• Toaster
• Kettle
• All cooking crockery and utensils
• Fridge Freezer
• Washing Machine
• Iron and ironing board
• Hair dryer
• Walk-in shower
• Linen and towels provided
• Ceiling fan in the bedroom
• No steps!

Keys can be collected from the on site agents who are also on hand to advise and help you as necessary.

The on site pool bar - The Cruise Inn - provides meals and snacks all day and evenings too. Bingo is also very popular on three nights of the week.

In summary, we have everything you could need. All you need to do is bring yourselves and some clothes! Even then you might get away with just a small case (and thus save on your flights) as we have full laundry facilities and things do dry pretty quick!
